These Terms & Conditions govern travel advisory and booking services provided by Venerable Voyagers Travel. By engaging our services and signing our client agreement, you accept these terms.

Scope of services

We act as an independent travel advisor. We research, recommend, and arrange travel on your behalf with third-party suppliers. Supplier terms, cancellation policies, and insurance requirements apply to all bookings.

Deposits & payments

No booking work proceeds until Terms & Conditions are signed and deposit authorization is received. Final payment dates are communicated in writing; reminders are sent 10, 7, and 3 days prior to due dates.

Changes & cancellations

Modification requests are documented during scheduled calls. Supplier penalties and fees may apply. We provide ETAs for customization work and advocate on your behalf when changes arise.

Liability

We are not liable for acts or omissions of travel suppliers, government agencies, or events beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
